TallyTitle is a free expense report title generator. It produces clear, professional title suggestions for expense reports — combining real expense categories (travel, meals, office supplies, marketing, mileage), departments and reporting periods in five naming styles — so your reports are searchable, sortable and easy to approve.
TallyTitle generates titles only. It is not an expense report, not expense-management software, and not accounting, tax or legal advice. It cannot itemize expenses, attach receipts, calculate totals or submit anything to your employer. For the report itself, use your company's template or expense software such as Expensify, Concur or Zoho Expense.
The entire tool is a single JavaScript file that runs in your browser. Randomness comes from crypto.getRandomValues(), the browser's built-in secure random number generator. Nothing you generate ever leaves your device — there is no server, no database and no tracking.
Bad report titles ("expenses", "Report 1") cost real time in approvals and audits. A consistent naming habit is one of the cheapest process improvements a team can adopt, and a generator removes the blank-page moment of naming each report from scratch.
